Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow additional time during new releases, collection drops, and high-volume periods.
Pre-Order Items
Items labeled PRE-ORDER are made specifically for the collection and require additional production time.
Pre-order items ship within 15–25 business days from the date of purchase.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together once all items are ready.
Shipping & Delivery
After your order ships, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier.
Typical delivery time within the United States is 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Tracking Orders
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.
If tracking shows that the package was successfully delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please:

File a claim with the carrier if necessary
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
